Tri-athlete outdoor enthusiasts call Seminole County the answer to their passion for adventure racing, a sport that’s sweeping the nation at an unprecedented
rate. Hiking, biking, and canoeing are all a part of this sport, and Pangea Adventure Racing
gives outdoor lovers, gym-goers, and even curious newcomers all the chance to push themselves to their limits. Pangea satisfies that deep yearning for total immersion in the raw elements of the wild, and Seminole County serves as your Olympic playground to accomplish just that.
“With Seminole County being bordered by the St. Johns River and Wekiva River, with Lake Jesup in the center, it’s a great place for adventure racing.”– Greg Owens, President, Pangea Adventure Racing
Each one of our races is unique and different, providing both physical and mental challenges, usually with a few surprises thrown in to keep everyone on their toes. Our adventure races typically include running/trekking, off-road biking and canoe paddling, but sometimes we throw in a one-discipline race here and there that is strictly kayaking, biking or running, to test just how far you can push yourself.
