Lacrosse/ Field Hockey in Seminole CountyCombine Seminole County and lacrosse, and you get a winning combination worthy to host any face-off.

Just one of our unbeatable lacrosse and field hockey facilities is the 15,000-square-foot
Sylvan Lake Park National Training Center, the home field for the 1996 United States Women’s Gold Medal Olympic Soccer Team. Having hosted men and women’s lacrosse teams from across the nation for years, the center has taken the lead in Central Florida to be the single source for spring training.
The
Seminole Soccer Complex, which is an 11-field complex located right around the corner from the National Training Center, boasts a stadium field that can seat up to 2,000 people. For any large lacrosse events, both facilities can be utilized, giving you a total of 17 full-size fields to choose from. These two complexes are sure to make your next major lacrosse championship a win-win for everyone.
“The Sylvan Lake sports facility is one of the greatest values around for lacrosse spring training. The facilities are great, the staff is helpful, and they have some of the most reasonable fees you will find.”
